The Key Principles


These principles provide the framework within which we can implement our Code of Conduct.
They state that:
As members of this learning organisation, we must all:

  • Value and respect each other
  • Have realistically high expectations of ourselves and others
  • Be made aware of what is expected of us
  • Determine what we do well, what we need to improve and how we are progressing
  • Continuously seek and develop strategies to help us perform more effectively
  • Have short and long term achievable targets
  • Recognise achievement and celebrate success
